Gosh, is it Friday already?! Where did that week go? I fear I have neglected you, dear reader, so here is a little treat for the weekend.
Michelle and Dan are getting married in August at the gorgeous Lillibrooke Manor near Maidenhead. To say I was looking forward to their wedding would be a bit of an understatement, but that was before I met up with them last weekend! Now I seriously can’t wait! You know how I love a couple who contact me about their pre-wedding shoot and suggest somewhere outdoors, with lots of trees and gorgeousness? Well Michelle did just that, without prompting
I met up with them in a popular Italian coffee shop to chat about their day so that I could hear all the lovely stuff that they had planned since we last met (suggesting a meet in Costa – I love these people already!) Then we set off for Burnham Beeches – a gorgeous area of woodland close to where they live that is just perfect for this kind of shoot. After a few warm-up shots I tentatively suggested that Michelle might want to sit in a tree “Sure” came the reply, neither did they bat an eyelid when I suggested they stood in amongst the waist-deep bracken or walk along a narrow boardwalk (fortunately we didn’t see any of the resident adders!) Michelle and Dan I think I am in love with you both and I really can’t wait to photograph your big day in August
